Seeking guidance: ARM architecture processor cannot install Euler aarch64

Hello, could you please help me check what’s wrong here? The machine’s CPU is Phytium Tengyun S5000C, but I can’t install the Euler ARM64 system. What could be the reason?

You may want to refer to this older post: a user previously encountered a similar boot screen issue, and was able to proceed with installation after adjusting display-related boot parameters. However, since hardware environments vary, this can only serve as a troubleshooting clue at this stage.

If you still need to proceed with installation, you can try the standard aarch64 installation ISO for openEuler 24.03 LTS SP3:

After downloading, we recommend verifying the SHA256 checksum to ensure file integrity. This version no longer includes the video=efifb:off parameter mentioned in the older post, so there’s no need to remove it manually.

If the standard installation option still hangs here, restart the system and enter Troubleshooting -->, then select Install openEuler 24.03-LTS-SP3 in basic graphics mode to test using basic graphics mode as a comparison.

If the issue persists after trying, please share the selected boot option and the new boot screen for further analysis. If you’ve already resolved it via another method, we’d also welcome your feedback on the version used and the approach taken—your experience could help others facing similar issues.
