Can openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP2 install RPM packages from openEuler-22.03-LTS SP4 to fix vulnerabilities?

For example: https://mirrors.huaweicloud.com/openeuler/openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP4/update/aarch64/Packages/openssh-8.8p1-46.oe2203sp4.aarch64.rpm

It can be installed, but the version might be quite old and may not effectively fix the issue.

I checked the version of openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP2 as follows:
https://mirrors.huaweicloud.com/openeuler/openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP2/update/aarch64/Packages/openssh-8.8p1-21.oe2203sp2.aarch64.rpm

It is entirely feasible to use the RPM package from openEuler-22.03-LTS SP4, which already includes vulnerability fixes, to patch the corresponding package in openEuler-22.03-LTS-SP2.
