Help with installing openEuler on Shuguang Higuang CPU

Server: Dawn H620-G30

CPU: Hygon-C86-7169

Image: openEuler 22.03 LTS SP4

Issue Description: Installation fails; after entering the installation interface, it remains stuck at “downloading packages.”

Tried other image versions, but all eventually hang at the same screen.

You can press Ctrl+Alt+F2 to enter the command-line interface and check the logs for troubleshooting.
