As the title says
You can use the official pre-compiled binary packages or compile from source.
We recommend using the pre-compiled binary packages as they are more convenient: SDK Platform Tools Release Notes | Android Studio | Android Developers
Thanks bro for the guidance! I thought the official system would maintain an extension repository for applications, so I could just add it to the software source and install via dnf to save some trouble. Last week, when I tried installing a cross-compiler for gcc, dnf install gcc-cross only downloaded the archive to the tmp directory, and I still had to manually extract it to the PATH directory. All of this was solved with AI’s help. Now, whenever the Euler kernel is missing something, I use AI to find patches from other distributions, adapt them, and port them over. Compiling takes an hour or so each time—doing everything manually is just too hard. There are too many pitfalls, and community resources and tutorials are scarce. Without AI, I’d be completely stuck ![]()
