I saw the WeChat official account announcement saying all versions under 22.03ltssp4 need to be fixed, but the forum says it’s beyond the repair scope and shouldn’t be fixed. So, should it be fixed or not? 
Needs to be fixed. The reason this is out of the repair scope is that openEuler 22.03 LTS SP3 has already reached end-of-life and is no longer maintained by the official team, so no official fixes are provided. However, it can be manually repaired.
