centos7.4通过x2openeuler升级到openeuler2003sp3后，在./etc/rc.local添加的自启动服务无法随系统启动

centos7.4通过x2openeuler升级到openeuler2003sp3后，在./etc/rc.local添加的自启动服务无法随系统启动。rc.local文件有x执行的权限；
问题原因：

  1. 升级后/etc/rc.lcoal的软链不正确。删除后重新将/etc/rc.d/rc/local软链到/etc/rc.local
  2. 启动rc-local的服务，systemctl enable rc-local && systemctl start rc.local
